Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Winner must be 21 years of age or older at time of stay. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
The sweepstakes begins on February 22 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 3 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Limit one primary entry per person. Multiple entries beyond stated methods may be disqualified.
One (1) winner will receive a complimentary two (2) night stay at WildCreek Glamping's private dome located in Upstate New York.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $800.
Prize includes accommodation only. Transportation, food, add-ons, upgrades, taxes, and incidental expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
Stay is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply, including but not limited to holidays, peak seasons, and previously booked dates, as determined solely by Sponsor.
Prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of winner notification unless otherwise agreed by Sponsor. If not redeemed within that time, the prize may be forfeited.
Prize is non-transferable, may not be resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to refuse booking if winner does not meet standard guest requirements applicable to all stays.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or email within forty-eight (48) hours after the close of the Entry Period.
Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use winner's first name and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By entering this sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, participants agree to release and hold harmless WildCreek Glamping LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize.
Winner acknowledges that the stay involves outdoor and recreational activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Winner voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the stay.
WildCreek Glamping LLC shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident that may occur during the stay, except where prohibited by law.
Winner may be required to sign an additional liability waiver prior to check-in.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.
